This was written in London during Lockdown (March to June 2020), when there seemed little hope of ever going out again. We fantasised about the things we missed but enjoyed indoor pursuits instead, most of which are featured here. This song documents our life, love and mental health during the pandemic, as the chaotic, hypocritical omnishambles unravelled outside. It was inspired by a Porridge episode, A Night In. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Night_In https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00828g8/porridge-series-1-3-a-night-in
The song was put together remotely using vocals, accordion loops and a decades-old Moral Panic jam recording. Now the national Lockdown's over, it has become a snapshot in time. But for all those suffering continued local lockdowns and long covid, we hope this provides some solace.

Goldskool x
Song about the aftermath of a broken or abusive relationship; striving to do the things we were told we couldn't do, or we were ordered not to do, and doing them without that person, despite them or even to prove something to them.
We'd also like to dedicate this song to Corinne who helped develop the harmonies on this song. RIP, dear friend.

This is the official video of the Tongue & Groove remix of Not As Good As Eric's 2000 release Site and Sand. It reveals the true story of Paul's experiences in the UK building industry. Please donate to the Lighthouse Club, a charity that supports families of construction workers, if you can.

A song about a real, historic place, where Henry VIII, Drake, Marlowe,Pepys, and Nelson gathered, which will still be there long after corona virus is a bad memory.

Dedicated to Owen Palmer
This is an out-take from a session that was rediscovered on an old reel of tape we recently digitised. The guitars and drums were recorded without vocals in 1993 but Paul's arrangement was misremembered by the band and it was difficult to fix without an industrial reel-to-reel machine. The piece laid untouched for 30 years. Modern technology has allowed us to edit out the mistakes and add vocals. The song was inspired by working class Penge poet Joe Cairo and the original lyric is unchanged except for the internet reference Paul added later. We believe it still stands up.
