Ok, yes. Brown rice has more vitamins and minerals than white rice (which is the same thing, with the husk polished off) BUT....brown rice also has “anti-nutrients”, which bind to vitamins and tender them unavailable to your body. -

YES, brown rice is also a lower glycemic carb, fine. But WHEN was the last time you ate just a bowl of white rice with no other food? You generally combine rice with other foods like meat, beans, veggies, or meat - which slows the digestion anyways. -

AGAIN, This is an example of the things that we obsess over
-sleeping 7+ hours
-drinking your bw in oz of water
-exercising every day
instead of that, we NEED to start thinking about state of our mind and our heart at this very moment.

Do you have all that locked down? Great, still don’t worry about rice, because at the end of the day there’s no perceivable difference. So...eat whichever you like better!
