As I coach, I strongly suggest that everyone practice the art or discipline of affirmations.  However, it is my opinion that affirmations are more confirmations than motivation! #coach 

Nothing has been done with this mindset as being a would of, could of, should of person.  Taking action is a action word and don't allow this past trap of delaying your actions stop your growth. #coach
