Councilman Mark Baker, is known as the "Progressive Councilman" is one of eight members of the City Council in the newly formed City of South Fulton, Georgia, where he is the first Councilman elected to District 7. Councilman Baker has served on various panels and forums professing "the Radical Honesty Movement.  His theories are unique, providing advice that empowers others to be successful in various walks of life.  Totally unlike anyone before, and in a non-traditional fashion, Councilman Baker serves as a liaison for bridging the gap between the young people and the community they will one day serve.
