Today’s episode is an interview with Deedra Irwin on the topic of what it takes to be an Olympic endurance athlete.  Deedra is currently competing at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics in the biathlon events.  Deedra shares her story of growing up in Pulaski, WI and her journey to finishing top 10 in the biathlon at the 2022 Olympics.
