In all sincerity — this is a raw, channeled transmission that fell straight outta my soul this morning.
It started as a voice note.An idea I wanted to capture.
But as I spoke, I realized… this was the full story.Detailed. Raw. Humbling.Multi-layered.
A teaching about life and death. About how we work with the Infinite.
This is the Behind the Music of why I created this song. What it carries. And why it represents so many layers for me.
Cosmic Closure
Releasing it now marks saying goodbye to an entire chapter of my life. Gratefully crossing a threshold.
It calls for deep trust in life —…even in its imperfection.…even in everything.
My favorite line shares this essence of the mantra.
“You would still remain the same”
Purnameva VashishyateThe fullness alone remains
Mantra Breakdown
OM PŪRNAMADAH PŪRNAMIDAMPŪRNĀT PŪRNAMUDACHYATEPŪRNASYA PŪRNAMĀDĀYAPŪRNAMEVA VASHISHYATEOM SHĀNTI SHĀNTI SHĀNTI
That is whole. This is whole. From wholeness emerges wholeness. When wholeness is taken from wholeness, wholeness remains.Peace, peace, peace.
This is a mantra from the Isha Upanishad — believed to have been composed in the first half of the 1st millennium BCE, over 2,500 years ago. It’s part of the Vedic Samhitas — ancient songs. Some of the oldest in Hindu tradition.
I describe why this mantra and I had a moment in this lifetime in great detail in the audio above.
This mantra challenges us to see everything as eternal.
Nothing is missing.Nothing has ended.
Even in the impermanence of loss, pain, grief, desire — nothing is lacking.
You are still whole. Not only are you whole — but so is everything else. The cosmos are in harmony.
I need to remember this all the time.
I speak more in the audio — in depth. But here’s what I’ll whisper here. I love those moments of being spoken to directly by Spirit. And in this case, it was the spirit of a dear friend that had crossed. Who has been a literal (albeit quirky!) Guardian Angel of my life.
There is heartbreak in the story, but also beauty.
And therein lies the preciousness of life.
I’ve chanted this mantra so much over these past 7 years or so. The original transmission came to me in the shower. 2019 at the top of my lungs.
..and I still hope to make that drum + bass version one day..But now on Beltane, I offer this gift to you.

This song is born of yearning.Of desire for unity.Of the ache to merge with the Infinite, and still be fully human.
I hope this mantra blesses your walk — and that you share it, play it, and return to it when you forget what is already whole.
