I spoke about what I saw online. The Reality TV show host parading as POTUS#45 gained a couple propaganda points & said only 100k will be dead. It didn't have to be this bad and how is it going to get better? Trying not to spread the contagion is key & if the USA goes back to work, where covid19 is will be found out from the stacks of dead bodies.

I can't sleep. Often cold meds are loaded with caffeine. Also possibly the situation is sinking in: with the reality TV show host parading as POTUS #45 in charge doing nothing, not distributing ventilators or getting ppe to Dr's. & nurses, viz, what will the USA do when they are all sick?

I will try to listen to v. O. A. Because I feel as if I am not getting news. Most people in town here aren't wearing practicing social distancing. They washed the floor in the lobby today. Except for so many stores shuttered you wouldn't know anything was different. It sounds bad in the USA but potus#45 & the governors who parrot him don't think so. July 1st is the start of ncaa football and there's a fear of not having a season.

What I have seen today is not encouraging & neither is anything I have heard. God willing I will be spared.

I started with more from Epictetus's Encheiridion (Handbook) & added notes I made watching the news. In the USA, the powers-that-be who always remind everyone how much they have to lose will know where covid19 is from where the dead bodies are.

The latter part of the show is part of epictetus's handbook paraphrased. The 1st part is more of the same bad covid19 news.

Most terrible tale today: Spanish soldiers found nursing home occupants dead, abandoned by their caregivers--who panicked? Fled?--but will answer for their dereliction on the Day Of Judgement. I will start looking online to build my own ventilator.

The USA had once changed its legacy of the North American Native American Genocide, slavery, Banana Republic oppression & the Philippine War with the redemption of the Marshall Plan only to lose it again with the war crimes of JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Reagan, Bushes Sr & Jr, Obama, Trump & nuclear weapon "diplomacy". Now with covid19 & the possible deaths of 2 million American citizens, elites wish to continue choosing wrong & wall street bailouts over the lives of ordinary Americans who got sick going to the supermarket.

The dusk to dawn curfew is supposed to last 21 days

I will gargle with mouthwash & see if that helps my dry throat. I don't know if the coughs I hear are smoker's hack or covid19.
