This week on Talking FACS, Kim Browning shares about the Kentucky Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program in preparation for Older Americans Month which is celebrated annually in May.  She discusses the benefits of the program for residents of long-term care facilities, as well as how staff and family members can reap rewards from participation.  Additionally, she shares how people who are interested in volunteering with the program can get involved.
