#63 Toni Cupal - the love for yoga that started with thinking it's boring aerobics, moved to falling in love with Jivamukti yoga and now the deep work of healing and allowing all emotions and feelings to flow through and holding the space for others.

Toni continues to teach yoga where she is attempting to bring the deeper healing concepts into the yoga practice. She is enjoying exploring how to bring the elements of healing into her public and private yoga classes.
