Eventually humans of a mind, our evolution species, discover more than we understood moments ago when we had no idea of ‘ideation’ and that this word coincides with the process of forming and relating ideas. Forming and functioning is happening but ordinarily intellect gives little notice to reality formulations and functioning, paying no attention to these words even though awareness of ‘form’ and ‘function’ is important to designers, architects, and engineers. Fuller wrote in 1938 that “In architecture form is a noun and in industry form is a verb.” They say form follows function. Or is it the other way around?

Fuller says form cannot follow function, so we can pay some attention to these differences. Especially since functions have become formless and we truly are experiencing invisible realities, the conceptuality of which is metaphysical, independent of size and form. We have evolved to know metaphysical intellect is a function of the Universe which we cannot dismiss as a functioning performance.

The personal and public reactions to the governing system’s permitted fear-engendering does not actually encourage ‘mentation’ at any level of the potential realization.

Of whose mind, if not the metaphysical-physical Universe’s ‘eternal omniscient mind’ is our species, humans of a mind? The eternal omniscient mind is inclusively energetic and synergetic involving all that environmentally is, including everyone and everything on Earth without bias. The word ‘God,’ by variously known names, in variously spoken and written languages everywhere on Earth does not always fulfill omnicomprehensive thought-language communications involving the energy systems and the technologies that provide all that humans require.

It is no longer unthinkable, unimaginable, undesirable to publically suggest the essentiality for reinventing our physical experimental governing system’s democratic republic as a design science initiative. It very well may be compatible with the individual economic initiative’s most energy-economical strategies because it is modelable from nature’s coordinate system. It would be advisable, therefore to model the systemic structural thought-language coordination referential to the tetrahedron and not the cube as the prime unit of energy. This is because it is three times as efficient as the cube.

Besides, it is noteworthy in Synergetics 950,21, that the cube is the tetrahedron’s nearest symmetrical volumetric competitor employed by nature. How long has the inherited governing system’s legislative chamber been expected to consider any volumetric unity without conscious awareness of the prime structural system of Universe as prime measure of the governing system’s efficiency? Its legislative preoccupations, apparently, are expected to contrive substantiating solutions as bills to be signed into law by the highest-held position in the governing system at the state and the federal level. Has its legislative council always omitted nature’s most economical way of behaving relative to unity and self in Universe in lieu of historical precedence such as Roman Law or other systems as offshoots of the ancient empires?

More rapidly than it ever occurs for us to notice, the world is changing almost too swiftly for most people to comprehend. There is just too much to deal with as unexpected conditions further confuse decisive considerations most of which relate to the economy that is controlled by once trusted forces to know the whole system and our humanity’s survival as a wisely run governing system. Of course, we expect that everyone’s well being and potential success is included in the budgeting concerns as the periodically changing solution come into play. It is not expected that all the people will be considered as incidental numbers. Nor do most of us usually consider how the governing system and our humanity’s day-to-day existence could be so imbalanced. We are relatively ignorant concerning nature’s events as energy events differentiated from human events. So it isn’t expected that people could possibly compare with what the politically contrived motivation is beyond what may very well turn out any other way.

Apparently, within a governing system’s whole humanity’s well being or ruination depends on the hidden agendas and influences that are out of our control. The governing system is the least understood as it seems unable to not understand all aspects of itself as the game plans unfold in cyclic regularity including the subterfuge and corruptions which is a burden the people must endure. That is, until the next regime change occurs according to the system’s power play shifting from left to right, then right to left which is rather insane compared to Universe’s omnidirectional frame of reference.

As the first subdivision of Universe, theoretically-experimentally, can the anticipatory governing system be the conceivable entity as a democratic-republic? With the EISEDP: Experiences Intuitions Speculations Experiments Discoveries and Productions in mind, which are among the irreversible succession of self-regenerative human events, then experiences, intuitions and speculations would be consciously imagined relevantly prior to and essential to the experiment. If so, the human events would be as integrals of what can be synchronously discovered from the geometrically arrayed set of events constituting the governing system itself. This would include the systematic set of events uniquely considered.

Contemporary humanity communicates self to others from various referential bases, including news agency opinion writing and computer technologies that accommodate the process.
