My second interview with David A. Hughes

I have previously interviewed David on the highly relevant topic of “Technocracy”. Although the first interview lasted more than an hour, I didn’t feel that we had exhausted the subject and David’s vast knowledge of Technocracy, Omniwar, and the world situation in general. That’s why I arranged this second interview, which I think is even better than the first, as David really lets off steam, in his own gentlemanly British way, of course.
