Meet Nicolas de Alejo, founder and CEO (Compassionate Executive Officer) of Men Care Now @mencarenow. I had the blessing of crossing paths with Nicolas while hosting the Men Care Now Compassion series at Yoga Alliance this Spring. We both share a passion for making yogic/meditative practices more welcoming and accessible to men and men of color specifically.
