New episode of HD Conversations is up!! “Stop asking people to work for free”
•
Let’s talk about it! This conversation started off about asking poets to work for free but in general can we talk about asking anybody with a service to work for free.
•
At what point is this is this unacceptable? Or at what point is it okay to work for free?
We are pleased to talk to Morgan's father Charles Moore of Charles Moore Excavating, Paving and Concrete LLC. in Louisville, Ky. He drops wisdom from what entrepreneurship has been like for him, and what it is even like starting a business later in life.
Follow all of his social media and see what it is like for Morgan and her father to build a legacy together.

Clearly, this episode starts off with Desmond addressing our strengths and weaknesses as business partners. Which is imperative when working with someone.
I hope this year as an entrepreneur you have set some realistic goals, goals that may even scare you, but goals you feel can be obtainable with some consistency and discipline.
Rejection comes with the territory as an entrepreneur but it's how you deal with it that will make or break your company.
How do you deal with rejection as an entrepreneur?

Welcome back HSTLers we are here with our first episode of HD Conversations!!! In this episode, we are asking if Dave Ramsey's methods to Financial Freedom work for black people. Morgan talks about knowing the methods work, but when we factor all other things black people face in this country are Dave's methods realistic for black people.
Black people who are in student loan debt and still want to create sustainable lives, who MAY not have well-paying careers even after going to college.
CORRECTION:
8:00 Dave does not necessarily say live with your parents. He has a few videos where he says to move out and to continue paying off your debt "because this will help make you a better person."
We have linked a view videos from Dave explaining his views on living with your parents, check them out, and let's dialogue!
10:00 I was obviously not interpreting this correctly
There WILL be more on this subject soon!
Comment below your thoughts! We love to dialogue!
