  • How I Reversed My Multiple Sclerosis - with Darren Fields
Darren Fields is the regional vice-president of the software giant, Citrix, as well as a savvy investor but in 2012 his world came crashing down when he received some life-changing news. Like his Mother before, Darren was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a degenerative disease with a commonly bleak outlook for its sufferers.
Darren shares how he went against conventional medical wisdom to explore an alternative treatment despite being strongly advised against it by his medical team. His relentless pursuit for answers has helped Darren to overcome the disease completely and become completely symptom-free.
In this incredible episode, Darren shares a story of resilience, hope and ultimately triumph which is why he is now on a mission to make more people know about this life-saving treatment.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
Everyone's MS can affect in different ways. For some it is far more debilitating issue that is exacerbated by other afflictions.
Self-investigation can sometimes lead to new forms of treatment. Darren personally discovered the benefits of stem-cell transplants through inquiry.
Practitioners in MS treatment seem to be unfortunately led by pharmaceutical companies. These companies supply drugs and insist on their use, despite their sometimes lack of efficacy.
Never be afraid to ask your own questions, or do your own research. No one will be as proactive about your cure as yourself. The world is filled with knowledge and solutions. To beat the odds, sometimes we must find them for ourselves.
    BEST MOMENTS
'If you've got a kitchen and it's on fire, you don't try to redecorate that kitchen when you haven't put the fire out'
'I investigated and found that the results are good'
'I had to find out by research and asking questions, because no one would tell me'
'People are getting impacted because of lack of funding and lack of resource'

  • One Year, No Beer and Beyond - with Andy Ramage
“Quitting alcohol isn't just for alcoholics.”
Like many of us, Andy was what he called a “middle lane” drinker. As someone who was always out entertaining or travelling the world, alcohol just became ingrained into his way of being. Something that was just part of the culture!
From the outside, Andy had it all but despite the external success, he felt empty and lacking. It was great to hear first-hand Andy’s journey of self-realisation which is an ever-evolving quest to live life to the max!
After achieving financial success with his financial brokerage, Andy gave it all up to co-founded the OneYearNoBeer movement, which has now helped over 100,000 people transform their relationship with alcohol.
Since then Andy has written two books ‘The 28-day alcohol-free challenge’ & ‘Let’s Do This! How to use motivational psychology to change your habits for life’, and delivered a brilliant TEDx talk titled, ‘The pill will make you limitless’.
For anyone that may be considering doing something similar, hearing how Andy has completely transformed his life may just give you the push that you need. It was relevant to me on a personal level having committed to giving up the beloved red wine for the year of 2022 👊.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
Many assume that natural talent and ability are the elements that set the great apart from the good. The truth is that the great ones all put in extra levels of work. Self-development is the key to lasting success.
Knowledge is power. Reading the stories of others, being inspired by the lessons learned through challenges can serve to ignite the fires within us when it matters.
The pivotal moments in life come through developing self-awareness. If we can take a look at our lives and see where unhappiness is bleeding in, then we can take the necessary steps to repair.
Many people are trapped in the "middle lane" of drinking - regular, small amounts that "take the edge off the day". It may not seem excessive, but cumulatively, it holds you back.
    BEST MOMENTS
'Technically, I was like Bambi on ice!'
'I remember saying "I'm going to prove them wrong'
'If that's my destiny, if that's my path, then what are we all doing?'
'Drinking is like Kryptonite in your back pack'

  • Find Your Niche, Focus On Your Vision, And Be The Best - with Gary Ashworth
Inspiration comes from the most unlikely places.
In this episode, I’m on a mission with business legend Gary Ashworth, business adviser and executive coach, acquisitions expert, author and award-winning theatre producer.
Gary’s interest in the intersection of The Arts and business offers a unique perspective on how creativity can help drive innovation which completely debunks the notion that we are either left-brained or right-brained. Gary believes if more people embraced their inner creativity and had more fun, it would unlock more possibilities to drive their business forward.
From successfully leading a public to private hostile bid to selling a PLC on the stock market for 10X the float price, Gary has seen and learnt a lot over the last 30+ years, especially through the challenging times. Despite his own financial success, Gary explains why money is not the be-all-and-end-all as he gives a frank insight through his own journey to success.
    An unmistakable episode.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
The three questions that every entrepreneur needs to ask are how much does it cost, how much will it make and how long will it take?
When we set out in business, it's always wise to ensure that we have our endgame planned and in mind. Far too many in business meander through their journey just trying to stay afloat, when working towards a hard objective in the long term will always bring richer rewards.
You'll never get anywhere fast if you don't take risks. Every action has a consequence, and there are always excuses to shy away from what's difficult. But the key is to manage risk and embrace it. This is the secret to accelerating growth.
There is no shame in admitting we're not so strong when it comes to some areas of business. The key is to focus on the areas in which we are strong and leverage the skills of others to bolster our weaknesses.
    BEST MOMENTS
'I'm an example of how an ordinary bloke can learn to do business reasonably well'
'Begin with the end in mind'
'You've got to manage risk and embrace it'
    'Be great in your niche!'

  • For Humanity To Survive We Must Protect Freedom - with Dr. Kat Lindley
This week I’m on a mission with Dr. Kat Lindley, a Croatian-born, American-trained family physician who firmly believes in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
For humanity to survive, freedom of thought and speech are essential. Kat knows first-hand what it’s like to live under an oppressive communist regime which is why she has fiercely defended our human rights since the outbreak of the COVID pandemic.
Dr. Lindley is a phenomenal lady who has cast aside her own interests to stand up for what she believes in and it was a privilege to have her on the show.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
Within governmental regimes around the world, freedoms are restricted to such an extent that entire societies know no better. We must never take freedom for granted and must do all we can to make sure that others feel that sense of freedom too.
The restrictions of freedoms have always played out in the same way through history. Governments promote fear, then isolation, then the promise of being saved. Through these means they begin to exert control.
The terrifying result of the pandemic has not been so much the vaccine itself, but the mandates surrounding them. To command someone to take medicine goes against every freedom we have.
Despite the abundance of evidence to show that big pharma and governmental influence are corrupt, we are seeing unprecedented levels of compliance from people around the world when it comes to medical advice and restrictions on freedoms. We need to stand up and question the narrative.
    BEST MOMENTS
'It was a dark time in our history and I'm so glad it is over for all of us'
'I was seeing directives that were not making sense'
'What happens is they make you fear something, then they isolate you'
'This isn't about the virus. This is about something else'

  • The Unspoken Truth About Your Health - with Louise Westra
    Health is wealth!
In this episode, I’m on a mission with Louise Westra, an award-winning online Naturopath and Health Coach, and best selling author who is passionate about helping women to harness their biology to create the health & resilience they need to live their best lives.
We need to stop settling for mediocracy when it comes to our health. Building up our natural immunity and taking responsibility for our own life choices has never been more relevant with many people harbouring a deep mistrust for the pharmaceutical industry.
In this frank chat, Louise’s passion and expertise make for an unmissable episode.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
The job of a naturopath is to work alongside the accepted guidelines for health, and dig deeper to determine how well a person's body, mind and spirit is truly operating.
There is a huge gulf of misunderstanding between what is normal when it comes to health, and what is common. Many seek the advice of contemporaries, and simply because their circumstances dictate a certain health route, we take it to mean that this is normal.
The way that we feel, think, the actions we take and the behaviours we exhibit, are as much driven by our biology as they are by our brains and minds.
Keeping on top of our health is not just a matter of diet or physical attributes. It is a more holistic approach that takes in all input - from the food we eat to the company we keep, the music we listen to, and especially the media we consume.
    BEST MOMENTS
'There is a recognition that ultimately we are all responsible for our own health'
'We have a misunderstanding between what's normal and what's common'
'We are miracles - we are supernovas wrapped up in a physical flesh and bone vehicle'
'The more we activate our negativity, that tends to broaden and build more of those cascades'

  • You’re One Choice Away From Change - with Brendon Watt
Brendon Watt has an outrageous demand for an ever-expanding life and a tenacious desire to change the world. As an international best selling author and leading facilitator with Access Consciousness, a global empowerment company in 176 countries, he inspires thousands of people to know they are just one choice away from change.
In this extremely raw episode, Brendon tells us how he has recently overcome his own battle with alcohol addiction and the profound impact his journey has had on himself and others. Not everyone has their together all of the time and that can seem magnified when you’re in the public eye however we can all choose to create a brighter future!
An honest and inspirational conversation that I’d like to invite you all to listen to.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
When we are at our lowest, we are often at our most receptive when it comes to solutions. In Brendon's case, life was keeping him down, and he was at his lowest ever. Only then did he discover Access Consciousness.
The art of "being" is in recognising that we must work on ourselves, but also that we must seek to help others whenever possible.
We often look to the external when we shape the course of our lives, but we overlook the fact that the best source for this shaping comes from within us.
We must trust ourselves. While guidance from others might sound far-fetched, so long as it sparks curiosity within us, then it has provided a positive impact.
    BEST MOMENTS
'What if nothing outside of you was the source for creating your life?'
'My life took a turn right there - I got that glimmer of hope back again'
'I'd like to be able to know that we can create possibilities'
'If someone needed me I'd be there in a heartbeat'

  • Embracing Change To Achieve Life On Your Own Terms - with Mark Stokes
With over 30 years experience as a property developer, mentor, author and business investor, there is no denying this weeks guest Mark Stokes is a man on a mission. Mark’s strong passion for creating shared value and inspiring others to achieve success made for a phenomenal interview.
In this episode, Mark joins me to talk about how keeping an open mind can lead to more opportunities, how he transitioned from corporate life to a more fruitful way of living on his own terms, and how by connecting the power of the mind to the power of the body, we can achieve far more than we may expect.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
Opportunity comes from keeping an open mind. Those who never say no find that their paths are diverted in far more interesting ways when it comes to life.
The road to happiness and fulfilment often comes at the cost of making hard choices, but the legacies we achieve from doing so are life-changing.
By connecting the power of the body to the power of the mind, we can often reach higher, push harder, and achieve far more in life and in business than we would expect of ourselves.
We often take our knowledge base for granted, when in reality, if we look back across our experience so far, the skill sets and talents we have quietly acquired have empowered us in all kinds of incredible ways.
    BEST MOMENTS
'Change has been my constant for the last thirty years’
'I was blessed with a huge amount of opportunity, and I guess that's because I learned never to say "no"'
'What is it that pushes you towards that next level?'
'You need to recognise the huge amount of skills that you've curated and nurtured over the years'

  • Insane Crypto News - with Ken Mack
The Mack is back but this time it’s to talk about his other great passion, cryptocurrency!
Some of you may remember from the first episode that Ken has raised himself up from humble beginnings to become a global leader in mergers and acquisition but on this episode, we are here to exclusively talk about the volatile yet highly lucrative world of crypto.
We cover everything from how to invest effectively, to how crypto can be leveraged in order to allow you to attain the lifestyle you've always dreamed about so make sure you don’t miss it!
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
If invested in effectively, cryptocurrency is more than capable of providing investors with the kind of passive income that can completely change your life, allowing for you to live and work remotely.
In 2024 it will become twice as difficult for Bitcoin miners to mine one Bitcoin due to the complex mathematical problems required as they become more scarce. This means that profits will be cut in two, leading to a kind of deflation.
Traditional banking systems are built in order to obscure the truth about what really goes on with our money. Cryptocurrency and blockchain are the future, and allow for a far more transparent form of investing.
Many view Bitcoin as a kind of fictitious currency, or used in criminal endeavour. But cryptocurrency is completely transparent - the blockchain means that its use as criminal currency is all but prohibitive - plus forward thinking economies such as Dubai, now allow purchases such as property sales in Bitcoin, which is only legitimising it.
    BEST MOMENTS
'As time has gone on, looking more into Bitcoin, I believe that it's mathematically programmed to be worth more and more and more'
'With banks you don't have freedom and you don't have transparency'
'It's basically like a crystal ball that allows you to look into Bitcoin and see all of the different movements'
'When you work with a bank, you have to trust in the bank. When you're working with Bitcoin, it's trustless'

  • How To Survive And Thrive During a Global Pandemic - with Dr. Dain Heer
We had so much fun the first time round that we simply HAD to do it again.
It was a pleasure to be rejoined by the fabulous Dr Dain, internationally renowned author, speaker, and facilitator of consciousness and change for over 20 years. Last time we shared Dain’s incredible story but this time we have flipped the script!
In our last show, Dain said a work that peaked my interest "plan-demic" and I wanted to get him back on the show to find out exactly what he meant by that!
As someone who has already impacted more than one million lives, Dain shares how we can create the reality that bucks against the given narrative, by developing our own sense of mind strength and reality in order to break free from the control that others seek to exert over our lives.
An upbeat, high energy episode, full of practical advice to live life with joy and ease in any circumstances.
    BEST MOMENTS
'It's quite clear that this thing has been planned'
'You don't change this reality by fighting against it. You change it be ignoring it and creating your own'
'This is about going beyond your mind. Your mind is what is creating the fear'
'If we acknowledge the rattlesnake for what it is then we know how to handle the rattlesnake when it's in front of us'

  • The Art Of Mindset Coaching - with Heidi Brown
This week I’m on a mission with Heidi Brown, a mindset coach, dedicated to helping people to discover joy, adventure and purpose in their lives.
The first 14 years of Heidi’s career were spent building a thriving Chiropractic practice. She loved everything about it; the philosophy, the art, the lifestyle … but her struggles with self-confidence and worth left her feeling hollow and inadequate, no matter what she achieved.
We talk about Heidi’s inspirational transformation after she made the bold decision to sell her practice to become a life coach, as she is now fulfilling her mission to help others to find themselves.
    KEY TAKEAWAYS
Rejuvenating our minds, spirits and bodies should take place incrementally, and can be kickstarted by such factors as diet, sleep and hydration.
The first step in mindset coaching is acknowledging that something is wrong and that change is needed.
Rather than seeing life as some try to overcome, we must look for the beauty in everything, even the smallest of activities.
Accountability not only allows us to gain a better perspective on the goals we reach. It also acts as fuel to push on faster towards the next goal.
    BEST MOMENTS
'I think something magical happens when you are in a new environment'
'That need to achieve, to get approval, to get external validation…that can be immense rocket fuel'
'Life is delightful, as opposed to “right, I’ve gone for a walk to get my 20 minutes exercise in today'
'The simple basic foundations, enough sleep, enough water, good nutrition, you can’t get past those simple pieces to help us feel good'
