After another week off, we’re back for episode twenty!

As well as the Sussex and Kent matches, we chat about the Ed Pollock signing, the departure of Ross Whitely and the retirement of Worcestershire legend Daryl Mitchell!

There is a Sandeep Lamichhane update in Worcestershire Watch, Pete gives us a Central Sparks and a hamper update, and we also discuss the Fanos Hira interview.

Former Worcestershire Captain Phil Neale is the star of this week's podcast as Jim, Daz and Pete return from a week off!

We also hear from Eve Jones and Dillon Pennington after their exploits for the Birmingham Phoenix in The Hundred, we have reaction to a "second XI" derby game, and Jim makes a prank phone call!

In a week where Worcestershire picked up a solitary point and were knocked out of the one day cup; we are back for episode eighteen and a second dose of group therapy!
