After another week off, we’re back for episode twenty!

As well as the Sussex and Kent matches, we chat about the Ed Pollock signing, the departure of Ross Whitely and the retirement of Worcestershire legend Daryl Mitchell!

There is a Sandeep Lamichhane update in Worcestershire Watch, Pete gives us a Central Sparks and a hamper update, and we also discuss the Fanos Hira interview.

Former Worcestershire Captain Phil Neale is the star of this week's podcast as Jim, Daz and Pete return from a week off!

In a week where the Rapids fall short in their quest for a quarter-final place, Jim and Pete are left to pick up the pieces and offer some group therapy.
