Ellie describes her journey from Oxford Ladies to Lewes Women FC, and how spending consecutive years at one club has in turn developed her leadership skills and approach to football.

An interview with Lee Burch

I caught up with the manager of London Bees during the lock down and questioned him on his journey into football and coaching. Finding out who or what were the sparks which ingnited his journey and passion. We also find out about his time at his previous clubs Millwall Lionesses and Yeovil Town Ladies and how his time at those teams compare to his current club.

We get his thoughts on the current situation with games being postponed and find out what he considered to be his teams toughest opponents and where he witnessed his best team performance.
