To succeed in our kind of business, we need to BECOME who we are meant to be, and today we are joined by Annie Paquette who shares her powerful journey of writing her memoir and coming to terms with her purpose which is to talk about HSP and chronic illness.
Today's questions:
What is it we have to resolve for ourselves to thrive at every level in our businesses?
That might be the key question for neurodivergent women in business, but beneath that, there is a bigger question - or a core challenge:
How can we find a balance where our authentic selves can thrive within societal expectations?
Or is it more about strengthening our inner sense of who we are and tuning out external expectations?
Are we even aware of why we are making the choices we make? Do we consciously understand the underlying patterns?
8.00 Running into challenges is what makes us aware - maybe that’s why we are so good at it! When stuff is off, we stop to investigate.
Learning about being neurodivergent can be a bit of a journey, but it has enormous benefits both for ourselves and our kids, and future generations.
14.00 Being neurodivergent is not a choice but a necessity to understand ourselves and our limitations, to be compassionate with ourselves, to find our balance, and to find a way to express our authentic selves.
Introducing Annie Paquette, our first guest!! HSP, freedom seeker, and living with chronic illness. Multipassionate, artist, inventor and so much more… a hummingbird!
Annie’s memoir is a generous sharing of her journey, of discovering how her life was meant to be shared, finding meaning and purpose in opening up her experience, and inviting others in.
Exploring HSP and chronic illness - and their interconnectedness. Our experience and overcoming our struggles is what we are meant to teach. And that takes courage!
30.00 Annie talks about her book and her journey as an HSP with chronic illness. About discovering her patterns. Doing the inner work to unearth, observe, and release all that is no longer true.
We have so much more to offer when we are coming from a place of worthiness, so we need to work through the old fear that has held us back.
Annie has a true gift of vulnerability, which is both healing and provocative.
