On being prolific, nervous energy, dispelling anxiety, being so ON

I know you probably think that because I am on all day every day, continually churning out SO much content, that I just never stop ... or sleep ... and that you can't possibly keep up no matter how much you try!!

Overwhelming, right? Just the idea of getting ALL of what's in you out is definitely a full on thing! I get it. I used to think I was lazy or undisciplined if I NEVER stopped and guess what that got me?

A 13 year long eating disorder and TERRIBLE chronic anxiety. Amongst other things!

It also stopped me doing my best work and letting the true magic out ...

Now, I understand the 'sprint pause sprint' approach to doing business and life and trust me - I pause a LOT. I don't actually do more than a few key pieces of content each day, but I do have a bit of a system of producing so much despite that!

On today's show I share exactly that with you (yep, actual strategy of what I do!!) plus of course a smackdown of love about being this kind of crazy creator and also being SANE, and healthy, and attending to all the things which matter to you in your life.
