Everyone goes through a period of time in their life when they search for something to hold onto when life feels shakey. But no matter what we search for, God is always a loving enough and forgiving enough Father to welcome us home with open arms when we feel like we have nowhere to go.
Caleb and Hudson welcome Kaid Vaughn to the podcast, who shares his testimony of losing his father to Leukemia whenever he was in high school. Kaid shares how he handled the tragedy, and how he amassed a following of over 300,000 people on Tik Tok.
Kaid’s ultimate message is that nothing in this world will fulfill you besides a relationship with Jesus, and that you’re never too far from God and His unconditional love.
In a world where everything is about self-help, being better than others, and social media, I can be easy to make everything about yourself. Caleb Anderson and Hudson Reed talk about the problem of pride that many men struggle with. The Bible tells us that we should put God and others before ourselves, and Caleb and Hudson talk about some easy and practical ways to have this mindset every day when you wake up!
For the past 3 months, Hudson has been training to serve our country for the Marine Corps, where he has had no phone, no contact with family, and no contact with friends. And while this may have been the hardest three months of Hudson's life, this was an amazing time for him to grow in his relationship with God.
Hudson and Caleb sit down and talk about Hudson's experience in the Marine Corps, and how he was able to show Jesus while also showing how tough he was. Hudson gained a leadership position in his time there and is still highly respected by his brothers for his boldness, strength, and steadfast faith in Jesus.
Gunnar Person has worked with NBA players, overseas professionals, and college basketball players. And while Gunnar is constantly training with people physically, he is also training spiritually. Caleb and Gunnar sit down to talk about how you can improve in your walk with Jesus while also improving in your passions. Gunnar is an educator, a coach, and a high level basketball skills trainer in Missouri, and he talks about how you can get better as a player and a Christian! Gunnar also talks about starting his “God’s Got Me” brand, and why the message is so important to him!
