On Last Week's Episode

After escaping Georgia and making it through South Carolina, Cora finally reaches North Carolina. Cora thinks she's found refuge but this state is the worst possible place to be for a negro woman. Also, we talk about young Arnold Ridgeway and the creation of his legend.

Cora and Ceasar make it to South Carolina but everything isn't as good as it seems.

Barry Jenkins (Moonlight, If Beale Street Could Talk) takes on the task of adapting Colson Whitehead's sprawling epic, Underground Railroad. Underground Railroad is a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel centered around two slaves by the name of Cora and Ceasar.   Although Underground Railroad was released all at once on Amazon Prime, we are doing two episodes at a time. We begin with the first two episodes entitled "Georgia" and "South Carolina".

We're finally at the end of the road. What do you think of the finale of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier? Were you satisfied? Do you want more? We answer these questions and more in our recap.

In the penultimate episode of Falcon and the Winter Soldier, we prep for the big battle. You know what that means: Superhero montage!

Also, thanks for listening to our recaps. Please join us live for the recap of the finale on Sunday, April 25th at 8 PM Eastern/7 PM Central.

John Walker gotta go. That's it. That's the episode description.

Irene publishes Alton's account which leads to dire consequences. Also, Franklin faces betrayal.

This show has finally earned its name back although we're thinking about changing it to The Wilson, Barnes, & Zemo Law Firm.
