Julia Lawrinson is a writer of 14 books for children and young adults and currently works full time at the Perth Children's Hospital in a non-clinical role. We speak on personal experiences of loss and grieving for Julia including the recent and sudden loss of her mother and having a husband diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers when she was 40. Grief can be intense feelings of sorrow , and when going through difficult times it is important to understand this is ok.
