Finally an episode for us people pleasers!!! This is one of my top struggles so I thought I'd get real about it. I share my people pleasing origin story (which involves a McDonald’s playplace) and what it has taken for me to change my ways. This is NOT a how to episode, more of a how to not episode. :)
