Today we steam-of-consciousness-style talk about our end of college bucket lists, our thoughts on 2020 and 2021 trends, and what's going on in the pop culture world.
This is a special episode because we are featuring a very important person in our lives... Alexandra's mom! We spoke to her about her journey to becoming a doctor and what it means to her being a physician during a global pandemic. She also speaks on her role as a parent in general and how it's changed as her kids have grown up. We wrap up the episode by finding out whether or not she feels like she is on her way in life.
We are so grateful to have you here.

We did it. Almost. 2020 was the dumpster fire of a year but if you’re reading this we’re almost done. On today’s episode we quickly recap our years, talk about our lessons, and share YOUR biggest advice, goals, and stories. Thank you for listening, our biggest flex is that we’re going into 2021 with you.
Recording this episode made us realize how little we actually know about the concept of manifestation. We did some research and came up with some of our own thoughts about what the process of manifestation means to us. By the end of the episode, we redefine the concept according to the way we see it through our own novice eyes. Listen along to hear about the times we've *attempted* to manifest things we've wanted in the past (internships, boys, granola bars, etc.).
We couldn't be more grateful for each and every one of you.

There's a lot of talk on long distance relationships and whether or not they're worth it. This week, we give our own opinions on dating with distance based on personal experience and what we've found works (and of course... what doesn't). We speak on the differences between long distance relationships in college v.s after college, when you should continue a long distance relationship, and tips we have for making the most of your relationship from miles away.
We hope you enjoy this episode! Sending you endless thanks for your support.

We could not be more excited to have Rachel McArthur on the podcast this week. She is a seriously speedy runner currently competing at CU Boulder. She has earned multiple collegiate championship titles year after year, and she definitely won't be ending that streak anytime soon. We discussed how different elements of her competitive running career come into play throughout her everyday life. She gave us some world-class advice that we cannot wait to share with you. At the end of the episode we also discuss what trainers she runs in, her relationship status, and her opinion on dating inside v.s. outside the runner world.
