I spoke with Brooklyn's own Chef JusBlaze this week. He talked me through some heavy experiences from his past and was super transparent with me about how he coped with loss and navigated the earlier stages of grief. I want to take the time to thank him for his story. Even if you can't relate directly, part one of my chat with him is a chat we all need to hear.
