Prayer is essential for our life of faith.  Prayer isn't so much a public performance or a mechanical practice...PRAYER IS A RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN.

But how can we avoid the dangers of performing or mechanically just saying a bunch of words or only praying at meals and at bedtime?  How can we GROW in our RELATIONSHIP with God through prayer?  And how can we make progress without feeling guilty all the time?
