We value what we trust in.  Which is why we can't help but worry when we're valuing anything more than God.

God loves us and cares for us more than we will ever realize.  And God proved this once for all by sending His Son to show us what LOVE IS (1 John 3:16).

But how does knowing this help us in our everyday lives when we do find ourselves loving things more than God's Kingdom and loving ourselves and our stuff more than we love God and others.
