My whole life I’ve been taught or shown that being busy means being productive. That working over lunch hours and staying late simply meant you were an outstanding employee. That staying up late and cleaning the house when your eyes will barely stay open is just called "being a mom". That spending months away from your family, working, barely sleeping or getting an actual meal meant you were a successful business-person.

In the final episode of Season 1, we will talk about slowing down to hear God's voice in the midst of so much chaos and busyness around the holiday season. Amanda will also talk about her Instagram Detox and how it allowed her to connect more with our Father. Sometimes, we get so caught up in the every day tasks that we forget to be still and listen, to remember all the mighty power we've been given and to have a relationship with God.
