In this episode I am joined by Anesa and Athena - two young Muslim & Bengali women in London - who are breaking ceilings by being pioneers in the sporting world for people of this background.

We discuss a variety of topics ranging from how they got started on their sporting journey, maintenance and tips on how others can achieve this too. We also discuss the importance of balancing nutrition to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
