In today's podcast we dive into Self-Sabotage. In many ways I don’t like the word self—sabotage, it’s as if we consciously decide, I’m gonna go and fuck shit up today. We don’t that isn’t what happens. We believe life is going to play out in a certain way. We know it hurts. Feeling all that is overwhelming. We’ve never been taught to deal with it. So along comes the ego, who actually thinks it’s helping us and plays out the subconscious belief of “it does not get to be this good."
You don’t have to be living out your past beliefs, stories and perceptions that simply do not exist any more. And yet, they kind of do, because this iceberg of our being is storing it all.
