On That Note

To ring in the 20th episode of On That Note, I invited my friend and Venice-based, indie pop producer / singer songwriter, Loüme for a chat. He consistently drops nuggets of wisdom throughout this whole interview! With two killer tracks "Up To You", "For You", and big news for 2021, Loüme is well on his way to being a household name.

On this very special episode of On That Note, I have the pleasure of sitting down with three real-life musical wizards. I met Jeff, Paul, and Shelby when I accompanied my best friend and professional photographer, Valheria Rocha to her photoshoot for their band, New Beat Fund.

Not only have I been lucky enough to have had two songs mixed and co-produced by these guys, but they've provided me such an incredible wealth of knowledge for all things music and music industry related.

We discuss their writing and recording process, advice they have for up-and-coming DIY artists, and why their first show opening for Blink-182 was both terrifying, and amazing!
