IFAB has just announced the new handball rule changes that will take into affect beginning next season. The changes come after the incident in the Fulham vs Spurs match, where a goal from Josh Maja was taken off after an accidental handball from his teammate Lemina. There have been a few changes to the rule over the past year but this recent change was how the rule was being enforced before so actually not much has changed.
