Brains do you ever ask yourself what is " My Why" ? Author and life Coach Kimberley Bell did just that  after about forty-five years, she didn’t know that she had a choice nor could she hear her own voice inside her brian . She had experienced being at the mercy of everyone else around her. she was literally run by her life – as a victim of my circumstance living every day constantly trying to change, or control, everything around her. Deep down, she was lonely, disconnected from herself, felling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, hopeless and angry. Then, one evening while sitting on my bed, her world came crashing down around her. There was nowhere to turn she was alone with herself and now she is here on the edge with us to talk about what it takes to breakthrough that deifying and sometime debilitating silence.
