Dr. Gardner and Monica have been working together for 6 years now. They began working when Monica was at her lowest point and strongly considering giving. With Dr. Gardner's help she was able to turn things around and qualify for the 2016 Olympic team. They dive in to talk about the typical mistakes athletes make and how to fix them, as well as what Dr. Gardner told her before she competed at the Olympics.
