I have long been an advocate of guarding what you feed your mind on. The old adage, "You become like the five people you spend the most time with" is true, and this includes the music, media, entertainment you watch and the books you read. What your mind feeds on becomes the beliefs you hold and the actions you take. It's time to upgrade from fast food.
