Kevin was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. He attended Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. In 2008, he entered the real estate industry in Fort Myers, FL. As you can imagine, it wasn’t the best time to get into real estate, but Kevin quickly adapted to the distressed market and began specializing in Short Sales, Foreclosures, and Investment properties. By 26, he became a member of the Board of Directors at the Realtor Association of Fort Myers and the Beach. The next year he was appointed as a director for Florida Realtors. At 27, Kevin began the next stage of his career in management. He served as Vice President of one of the largest independent brokerages in the country, Watson Realty Corp. He then moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he managed a corporately owned Coldwell Banker. After 7.5 years of managing, Kevin realized that St. Johns County, Florida was "home", and where he would like to raise his two kids, McKenna and Chance. He rejoined Watson Realty Corp in Nocatee as a Broker Associate. Kevin then moved into a new position where he traveled the country as a Keynote Speaker as well as consulting with some of the largest real estate  rms in the United States. Kevin’s new position came to an abrupt end when the pandemic took over. He had to revert back to where it all began, selling real estate. He finished the year ranked #3 in individual sales productions. After his success he decided it was time to officially move out of production and start sharing his experience and knowledge with committed real estate agents. He joined forces with DJ & Lindsey to bring that knowledge to The DJ & Lindsey Team.

Rece learned super fast that his biggest friends on this team are his mentors. Yes, even INCLUDING DJ! Rece talks about how he has majorly leaned on them and their experience to help put his buyers in the best position to get their dream homes!

When Luis Rodriguez left a successful internet startup company, sales was still a passion of his. When the opportunity to enter into the real estate industry came along, he knew this career path would perfectly combine his love of sales and his want to have impact on others' lives through helping them achieve their dreams

After a move from Pennsylvania to Florida, Luis met with The DJ & Lindsey Team and was sold on the team’s creative, young, and fresh energy. He signed on with the team and had his first home under contract in just 18 days. Less than 3 months later he had another 14 pending, one of those homes being his own!
