Let's talk about the people in your network, friendship groups and within opportunities that are inhibiting your growth. It can be a bit nostalgic to hold onto an opportunity simply because it once supported your growth but recognising when an opportunity is actually inhibiting your growth is so important too.

Sometimes it's us, our expectations, our misalignment, our experiences that shape us onto a different path, and sometimes it truly has nothing to do with us except for the fact we will no longer stand by behaviours and treatment we once existed alongside.
