A personal opinion on the man's emotions episode on Jackietalks. Men are emotionally uneducated because we have not exactly learn how to constructively express primary negative emotions in a way that would leave us vulnerable or open to criticism like fear, guilt or depression. So we cover up these emotions with secondary negative emotions such as anger. So instead of acknowledging the underline feeling of saying "I'm afraid or depressed" we might say "that situation pissed me off, leave me alone". Well I hope y'all listen and get a little know about your emotions.
