בימים חריגים שכאלו, גם אנחנו חרגנו ממנהגנו והקלטנו פודקאסט מתפרץ העוסק בעבודה מהבית. בחלקו הראשון, הפודקאסט מארח את ליאור כנפי, מנכ"ל טיקל ואת עינת גור שפיר מנהלת משאבי האנוש. ליאור מדבר על עבודה מרחוק בכלליות, נושא שהוא חלק מהראדאר הטכנולוגי שלנו בטיקל, עוד לפני שידענו על המגיפה שפשטה עלינו. עינת תחלוק עם המאזינים את הקשיים וההתמודדיות בימים טרופים אלה. בחלק השני והפחות פורמאלי, איה ואיתן מנהלים שיחת פאב פרועה עם ספי ניניו ולנה פיסמני על החיים עצמם מסביב לעבודה מהבית. פרק זה, ארוך מן הרגיל, בשל כמויות התוכן הלא מעטות. אבל מומלץ. מה'כפת לכם גם ככה אתם בבידוד :)

In these unusual Corona days, we decided to go a bit off-topic and record an episode about working from home.

in the first part we host Lior Kanfi, Tikal's founder & CEO, and Einat Gur Shafir, our Head of HR. Lior will discuss remote-work as part of Tikal's Tech Radar for 2020 (even before we knew anything about this mysterious virus). Einat will share her thoughts about the challenges we need to cope with during these crazy days.

In the second (and less formal) part, Aya & Eitan will discuss with Sefi Ninio and Lana Pismeny what it actually means to work from home.

This chapter is a bit longer than usual, just because we have so many good things to tell you. But hey, who cares? You're in quarantine anyway :)
