Anthony Hamilton Jr. is a '6'2' sophomore jumping sensation at Clemson University. Hamilton Jr., is not the son of R&B crooner of Anthony Hamilton. He is a native Los Angelos, California during the 2018-2019 Track and field season he competed in the high jump at six indoor meets for Clemson University and earned Second Team All-ACC honors after his PR (Personal Record) of 2.13m (6-11.75) earned him a fourth-place finish at ACC Indoor Championships. He also ran on the Tigers’ 4x400m at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 18-19).

During his recent press tour for his upcoming autobiography titled "I'll Show You",  Detroit Pistons point guard Derrick Rose made mention that he should be an NBA Hall of Famer. This set social media and memes ablaze. During his press tour Rose also stated that his goal is to win an NBA championship and that he believes the current Pistons roster will win an NBA title.

In a recent sit down interview New Orleans Pelicans guard Lonzo Ball stated "No One Knows the real story about them shoes. Them ZO2s I was playing in! They was not ready!" 

In my time speaking with Dr. Ali Shakoor and discussing his book For Black Men Trying to Survive and Thrive in America: A Defense Attorney's Advice and Life Experiences. It made me think of a quote from Arthur Ashe one of the greatest people to ever grace this earth. When Ashe was asked if having AIDS was the toughest challenge he had ever had to face, he replied:“No, the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with was being a black man in this society…having to live as a minority in America. Even now it feels like an extra weight tied around me.”

This episode is with Mr. Ken Free Sr. is an American Pioneer. He played in the Negro League for The Raleigh Tigers during the 1959 season and played in the East/West All-Star game in Chicago’s famous Comiskey Park. He traveled with Baseball’s greatest pitcher of all time Satchell Paige. Mr. Free played for the New York Mets far team The Raleigh Caps.  

After baseball Mr. Free became the first full-time commissioner of the MEAC Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) is a collegiate athletic conference it’s members are historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in the Southeastern and the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Free was instrumental in transitioning the MEAC to NCAA Division I from Division II. In 1987, he became the first African-American appointed to the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Selection Committee. 

After his MEAC run, Free served as Commissioner of the Eastern Intercollegiate Athletic Association (EIAC).  

This episode is with Marc and Kristina Ritorto. Father and daughter writing tandem. Kristina is a 10-year-old author and started writing books at the age 4. To date Kristina has authored two books Invisible Girl and I Am A Survivor. 

Marc Ritorto, is a father for 4 daughters including Kristina. He is a musician, writer and a martial artist. Just for fun in 2018. Marc wrote his first self-published book called The Cabal it was released on Amazon at the beginning of 2019.
