When negativity is constant and the noise never stops, it can wear us down. But Scripture reminds us:
“The joy of the Lord is your strength.” — Nehemiah 8:10

Christmas is often painted as a season of joy, peace, and celebration—but for many people, it can also be a season of stress, loss, loneliness, and uncertainty. As we get closer to Christmas, we hear constant talk about shortages: shortages of money, time, and even hope.
