In this episode, we travel to Petersburg High School and check in with Bill Lawson, Athletic Director. He gives up some tips in Student-Centered Leadership and the true meeting of servant leadership.
This week we check in with Trevor Coleman, Athletic Director of Honaker High School and current President-Elect of the VIAAA. He teaches us the lesson of delegation and working with limited time and resources.
As we begin our second season of On the Road with the VIAAA, we travel to Leesburg and visit with Matt Oblas, CAA Athletic Director at Riverside HS. Matt bring to us some insight on sportsmanship not only from the lens of an Athletic Director but that of a high level Referee.

In this weeks episode we are again on the road at the state conference and meet Lisa Corprew Student Activities Coordinator at Bayside High School. Lisa is also a Past President of the VIAAA and she takes us on her journey in education based athletics from teacher's aide to NIAAA Board of Directors member. It's a great day for the VIAAA
On our one year anniversary we broadcast from the VIAAA State Conference and meet George Stanley, Athletic Director from Louisa County HS. George takes us on the journey which includes being a member of this year's host committee and a member of the new DEI committee. Along the way he introduces us to the TERROR DOME!!
