And this edition of fired up radio, we continue our journey through James chapter 1 verses 26 and 27. We explore the meaning of religion and how we as Christians are meant to be active doers in conjunction with the gospel and our faith. The true question that James S is with what heart are you serving? Is it a heart that is self-seeking or is it a heart that gives the visual of us being the hands and feet of Jesus?

On this episode of Fired Up Radio, we wrap up James chapter 1 uncovering what is the proper heart that we are to have when it comes to serving those within the church and abroad.

We are also praying for those in the Gulf coast of the United States as they are dealing with the effects of Hurricane Ida, as well as our brothers and sisters in Christ in the middle east who are facing persecution. We also go through the process of deliverance, combating against mental strongholds and releasing those who have caused us pain.

And this episode of fired up radio, we continue our endeavor through the book of James chapter 1 verses 22 through 25. We read about the difference of being a listener of the word versus one who puts the word for action. James pushes us to do a self examination on which one are we: are we just a listener of God’s or do we put God‘s word to practice? This is the question that we all have to face when being a follower of Jesus cries. In doing so not only does the apostle James challenges, but he also encourages us to do the work of Christ because in the end everything that we do will be blessed.

On this segment of Warring Wednesday, we come together and pray for: our brothers and sisters in the faith who are being persecuted, needs to be met, and for those who struggle with their mental health; that they are strengthened, that peace come upon them and that a sound mind is restored back onto them.

Today on Fired Up Radio we continue our journey through the book of James chapter 1 verses 19-22. We learn about the purpose of our anger and how it is like the “check engine” warning light in our cars that only tell us that there is a deeper hidden issue. We also learn that the only way to transform is by the word of God.

On this week’s edition of Warring Wednesday, we are praying and interceding for the nation of Afghanistan and our brothers and sisters in Christ who are being persecuted there and around the world. We are also minding the gap praying for justice, peace, and a fresh move of God upon the land of the United States and all over the world.
