This episode was a breakthrough for both of us! When we decided to start this podcast we wanted to bring the morning conversations we had and share them with the world. Recording yourself talking can be kind of stressful and we felt like these episodes were starting to become a little impersonal. 

This morning while drinking our coffee, Molly and I started talking about life and I just hit record. This conversation was so healing for the both of us and this is the type of content we want to bring to the world, moving forward there will be much more of this natural conversation.
