Mel Reid has been an outspoken advocate for equality in exposure, pay and sponsorship for women's golfers. In this special edition of On The Tee, she discusses competing in GolfSixes and why she feels that a mixed event like that is a great opportunity to expose more people to the women's game.

Reid also discusses splitting with her coach, Kevin Craggs. She is off to a slow start on the LPGA in 2018 and hoping for a turnaround. One of her big goals for 2018 is to make Team England at the UL International Crown. She is currently sixth.
