A quick update on our 5K preparation.  It's tough getting endurance back on par after going so long without running but it's absolutely worth it.  The app I mention in this episode is the "Runkeeper" app from ASICS digital.  It has been excellent so far.  If you have any questions or comments drop em in a review or shoot us an email at [email protected] ✌️
