Today's episode marks the beginning of the new series "7th Month". 

The 7th Month features experiences and events that took place in my life in July 2021. (aka, the 7th month). From sudden death to being miles away from home, to drastic changes, to meeting new people, and losing family. It all happens in the 7th month. I'm way too hype for this and I hope you are as well.

In this episode, Anne talk's about coping with the uncertain death of a loved one and growing up. Why is it so hard to move on from someone you barely had any memories with, to begin with? If only we could stay 17 forever...

In this episode, Anne talks about how frustrated she gets and how frustration has affected her in the past. She also talks about how much of an impact frustration can be in life especially when we allow it to take over the issue at hand. Frustration can be a tool to show us new things that can help us to navigate life better, and bring out the seriousness in us or it can derail us off track and keep us stagnant. How do you combat frustration? How do you make sure to pick yourself back out in time to shine?

Body image and finding content within yourself are already difficult things to do. when you add social media and interactions that you might face all around you it becomes even more of an unattainable thing in your mind. In this episode, Anne talks about growing up skinny and how her success and positive mindset towards basketball created that positive barrier she needed to shut negativity out. Being skinny her entire life has taught her many things and shaped her experiences today but it also came with it's downsides.
