Dr. Alexander worked for the government of Canada as an epidemiologist for 12 years, appointed as the Canadian in-field epidemiologist (2002-2004) as part of an international CIDA funded, Health Canada executed project on TB/HIV co-infection and MDR-TB control (involving India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangldesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Afghanistan, posted to Kathmandu).

Dr. Alexander is currently an independent academic scientist and COVID-19 consultant researcher. He is also informally providing support to some members of the US Congress.

David Stephan is the son of renowned health freedom activist and mental health supplement formulator Anthony F. Stephan, who is well known for taking on Health Canada in the early 2000s. In 2012, using a falsified autopsy report, Alberta Justice exploited the medical misadventure of the death of David and Collet Stephan’s second son, one and half year old Ezekiel, in an attempt to establish case law surrounding the criminality of Canadian parents who choose not to vaccinate their children. With the help of Dr. Toni Bark and Dr. Tetyana Obukhanych, in 2016 during the first trial, David and Collet were successful in having the vaccine portion of the trial thrown out. Albeit, the death of their son would still be exploited within the courts and mainstream media to serve as the biggest court case for attacking natural medicine in Canadian history. After a major error in law due to the presiding judge, David and Collet Stephan were found guilty of “failing to provide the necessaries of life” for their son Ezekiel.
