I've counted them all up. Eight total walk interruptions now, each of them completely unique to themselves. As my mama says, 'the beginning of the mission takes longer than the rest,' and I'm finding that true--yet I'm not phased by it.
This bonus episode is designed for you to be a part of the Walk for Water in a couple of ways. First, we are planning our steps live in this podcast. No faking it for the camera. Eva J. (my partner and driver for this journey, Evans Jr.) and I are making decisions live during this episode. The big one: what are we going to do about the car that has surprisingly come up with a couple of different issues. Hear how we thought we had overcome one...only to create/uncover another. Only this new issue is presenting us with no check engine lights or obvious visible fixes.
If you know anything about the Toyota Allion, what might cause a rough idle and acceleration issues, or if you know someone who could offer informed advice, please reach out to me on Facebook or IG.
You may have also heard me use the term "military patience" in a past episode. I'll give you an explanation of what that means and why it's an important concept for us right now on the Walk for Water (and how you can use it to live life On Your Terms as well).
