The NBA season has unfortunately come to an end in an abrupt fashion as the Golden State Warriors Swept through the Cleveland Cavaliers in 4 games and so we reviewed some of the highlights of the series and then talked about some of the repercussions of the result.

As the playoffs draw closer to an end we decided to predict who we think will win the NBA awards (MVP, MIP, ROY, DPOY, COY and Sixth Man of the Year), while also comparing them against our predictions we made before the season started (which you can find in episode 5). We also took a look at the All-NBA, All-Rookie and All-Defence teams to decide if we think there were any notable omissions.

Of course, as the NBA finals are literally around the corner we talked about the conference finals game 7’s and predicted who we thought were most likely to win and have a chance to play for the NBA title (we recorded the day of the Cavs vs Celtics Game 7, hence why we had this discussion 😅).

Finally, we decided to review an NBA top 10 players list made by Colin Cowherd as he had some interesting selections accompanied by just as interesting justifications.
