其實在做這一集pocast之前，我不知道快樂和幸福，哪裡不一樣，沒想到寫一寫，我就有答案了。我發現，我不需要從外面尋找快樂，也不需要為了要"快樂"，去做你以為你會"快樂"的事情，但其實你根本就不喜歡。而幸福，就在我們已經擁有的生活中，其實它們都偷偷地在跟我們打招呼，我們只需要去注意、去發現它們的存在!
